Mamiya RB67 ProS wont trigger or advance

Hi there- My havent used my RB67 ProS in 2yrs,I took it out to use today & it wont fire. The film advance lever on the right side is stuck in the up position & the silver trigger button is loose-slides in & out. Its seemes jammed. Hows this possible? Help!!
